General information on delivery of orders

• All orders are shipped on Danish trolleys (CC).

• Shipments are carried out by our partners, who specialise in the transport of plants. 

• Delivery will be at a place that trucks can reach. 

• Urban/inner city deliveries are not always possible. Please check with our customer service team before placing your first order. 

• You can tell us your preferred delivery day. If your preferred delivery day is no longer available, your order will be shipped on the next available date. 

• Delivery price is based on the number of trolleys and the destination country.

• Cost-wise, ordering two or more trolleys is optimal. 

 

Delivery locations and accessibility

All deliveries are done by truck from our logistics partner to your location. Our partners transport the trolleys in temperature-controlled trucks to keep the plants in excellent condition. These trucks are not small, so we first need to check if they can arrive directly at your business. If your address is hard to reach, we find an alternative option together!

Returning trollies

Please empty and return the trolley to the driver upon delivery. If you have any questions about the trolleys, please contact our customer service department.

Optimising the delivery fees

It is best to fill your trolleys to optimise shipping costs. If they are not full, different rates apply.
